Our Customer Services centre is at your disposal for assistance and information regarding loyalty programmes and current promotions; for technical problems with cards, such as damage or loss; to help you with your requests and prize claims; as well as dealing with indications of problems of service at our Service Stations.
The Contact Centre can be reached using the freephone number 800.10.12.90, the number to use if you wish to send a fax is 800.23.16.90.
The service, which has an automatic response system, is always available, while operators are available only at certain times.
